Customer service told me that I couldn’t get the size and shape of foam I wanted without seams, so I canceled my order. Of all surprises, what I wanted was delivered anyway…and without seams! Thank you very much!!!

This is my third order and I immediately noticed that the Dacron wrap was thinner. Contacted cust serv and sent pictures. I was told this is how the new Dacron looks and I would not be getting add’l wrap unless I paid for additional Dacron. Just spent close to a $1000 on 3 orders. Happy with previous 2 orders. They could do better.

Replaced the foam in my couch. More work than I expected but I’m happy with the results. Way cheaper than having someone else do it. Glue wasn’t as sticky as I expected but it seems to work ok. Was disappointed with the hours in the Marin store but I made it work.
