I have had my original Latex mattress for over nine years and decided the firm topper layer was too firm for my aging bones. I consulted with Steve and he recommended I go with the medium topper, which was a great improvement. No longer have aching bones. Purchased a pair of sofa seat cushions. The foam was cut correctly on one but an inch short on the other. Both were ordered with double batting but arrived with single. Material quality seems good and service to correct the issues was quick. Unfortunately I had to do the extra work to apply the fixes.
