We were going to replace the sofa as I believed the springs were making the cushions sag so much that my knees were above my pelvis when seated. Decided to give your product a try and glad we did. Turns out it was the cushions and not the springs. My back feels better and my chiropractor is thrilled! I will contact you soon to replace cushions on the love seat and chair!

I had a sofa cushion made and shipped my fabric. They helped me select The right foam and measurements. I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. It looks like the sofa was made with the cushion. Thank you for the help and the result.

This was my first time ordering custom cushions online. It was super easy and the products received were excellent quality and cut to the right specifications. I do wish the dacron wrap on the foam was a bit cushier but over all a great experience.

The final product seems great, but the experience wasn’t. When I ordered this I chatted with customer service and they were unhelpful, when I mailed my fabric I never got any confirmation they received it, when it passed the 4-6 week window I started worrying they hadn’t. I made 3 attempts to Contact them for updates all of which went unanswered. I also did not receive my excess fabric back which they warn you might not get back but I had hoped I would. Overall the oroduct is good but don’t expect any help from them with your order.
