I now can enjoy my pricey Henredon couches again since I replaced the cushions with foam order down inserts, which came out perfectly fitting each size I ordered. The website (and staff) were really helpful in guiding how to measure and select the proper insert. Their customer service and friendly advice was very good--way beyond my expectations.

Foam works as foam is designed. Seems sturdy and well put together. The facing cuts were straight and well done. So far, however, their support has been hit or miss. I opened a ticket, realizing I didn't leave enough room on the sides, so I asked them to add a few inches, which they responded to quickly. However, I had an issue with my order (one was literally half the requested size). It has been over a week since I opened the ticket with them about it. They asked me to send a pic of the mistake, which I sent about an hour after. I have emailed them a response to the ticket twice more, asking to make sure they have received the pictures, but I have yet to receive a response. Also, note, the shipper played soccer with my box, which compressed the softer, thicker foam by 4-5 inches. It hasn't re-shaped, after a week, but I am not sure if I need to do something to get it to re-expand. Therefore, be sure you get it wide enough for shipping mishandles. I measured correctly per your instruction. The foam pieces seem too big. Is it a matter of really forcing it in? These are sofa replacement cushions.

I have not received the fabric covers. I have only received the foam. Still waiting. The order status states that my order was fulfilled, when in actuality it was not.

I ordered the DuraFlex D40 Medium foam with dacron wrap. I was a bit nervous that I wouldn’t get the measurements right but I did watch the video and evidently it helped because the measurements were essentially correct. It’s a bit smaller than the original foam I had in my couch (there’s a gap in between each cushion) and also thinner. I had to use the new + original foam because I could feel the bottom of the couch with the new foam. Overall it worked out well.
