I ordered a large bolster for my sofa. Good product, working exactly as I expected. On the other hand, the salesperson/manager seems to have a black belt in "mansplaining" and not a lot of interest in actually listening to his, er, customer. I needed a bunch of other cushions made a short time later -- I did not go back to Foam Order for them.

I loved the overall look of the product, and it looks well made, however it doesn’t fit our nook because it is taller than we specified and therefore doesn’t fit under our windowsill. Be wary of your measurements are tight!

I was considering buying a new sofa and throwing out my old one, when I took a second look at it and decided it still looked pretty good except the cushions sag and have become soft compared to when I first purchased it 20 years ago. I decided to try new foam and that did the trick. The seats are back to feeling really comfortable again. This has saved me hundreds of dollars.

I have a fairly new couch (less than 6 months old), but the cushions on it unfortunately flattened out almost immediately - the firm custom cushions I got through FoamOrder have greatly improved things, and I can actually sit on it again without contorting my back.
