Seat cushion came exactly as ordered for an item I wouldn’t have been able to find at a local store. Didn’t take too long to arrive, although, shipping cost was a bit high for a fairly small box of (not that heavy) foam.

Bought a custom seat cushion for an easy chair. Their make-to-order service is outstanding. The website is detailed and easy to follow. Before ordering I spoke on the phone to a representative who was very helpful—she made me comfortable about giving it a try. When I placed my order I immediately received an e-mail confirmation which included a preprinted address label so I could send the pattern. When they received the pattern I got another e-mail confirmation which also gave an estimated delivery date. They ship UPS and you receive a message when the package is shipped. The size and shape of the cushion were perfect. The entire process start to finish only took about a month. I live in Ohio, so it’s safe to say you’ll get great service no matter where in the U.S. you live.

I was seeking a replacement for our couch cushions. I'm a big guy and wanted something firm. The EverFlex V54 didn't let down! It's almost too firm! But I would rather the cushion be too firm than too soft.

I have an Ethan Allen chair with a trapezoidal-shaped seat cushion. I'm a big guy (230lb) and after less than two years I was sinking down into the chair and it was aggravating my lower back. The online system let me easily select the right shape and I picked a high-quality firm foam with the wrap - since the chair is fairly new I am simply reusing the cover. (I measured many, many times to make sure I got the size right before ordering). It has turned out perfectly and the chair is now frankly more comfortable than the original for a long sit. :)
