I am pleased with the quality, but I was disappointed and surprised there wasn't any information included regarding how long after unpacking before placing it in the upholstery. I even checked the website. I think this is a deficiency - especially when it cost me over $100!

I thought I'd carefully measured sofa pillow that never held its shape. And it's no wonder--the insert was constructed entirely from a combination of down and feathers in the pillow, which I'd purchased years ago at RH. When the replacement arrived--foam wrapped in a down envelop--the foam was way too thick,. The result: the new insert from FoamOrder doesn't fit the case. It's a wasted $180, and while it's not their fault, I've learned that ordering this type of merchandise online can be very tricky. So, since I can't use the product, I'll likely dispose of it (or try to find a local upholstering company that will take it since it's unused). And because it's an unusable product, hence the rating.

I am thrilled with the high quality and low prices of the custom cut foam for our 3 seater sofa. I regret not ordering 1 inch thicker and 1 inch longer, but live and learn, right? But, I definitely recommend. Great product.
