I ordered a custom foam cushion and cover for a long window seat. Everything came exactly as ordered, within the timeline specified for custom orders. The cover was well sewn, and it fit the window seat perfectly. 100% happy with the company and would definitely order from here again in a heartbeat.

You wouldn't think getting correctly sized replacement cushions would be so difficult but here we are.....when you order, they ask for dimensions. I provided said dimensions and received not one, not two but THREE different orders with incorrect dimensions and still don't have the right size for my sofa. I wasn't given a reason for this unbelievably poor service but I won't be using these folks again.

We were thinking of buying new furniture, but our furniture is in great shape except for the cushions. Find foamorder.com on line. The site very easy to use and how to instructions were also easy to follow. Our cushions arrived a perfect fit. Our furniture looks brand new. Would highly recommend.

The foam was easy to install...perhaps a little too easy, as I think that either the foam or the Dacron batting could have been a little thicker, as the fabric in the cushions is now a bit loose with the new foam inside. We followed the recommendation of FoamOrder to order it to the same depth as the seams in the cushion, even sent an E-mail with photos of the original to verify what to order. But the couch is much more comfortable now, with the new, firm foam, so overall it's a definite improvement.

I ordered a large bolster for my sofa. Good product, working exactly as I expected. On the other hand, the salesperson/manager seems to have a black belt in "mansplaining" and not a lot of interest in actually listening to his, er, customer. I needed a bunch of other cushions made a short time later -- I did not go back to Foam Order for them.
