Wanted to confirm I was measuring correctly so chatted with customer service and talked me thru it as well as suggesting to add 1/2 inch to thickness. When cushions arrived thought maybe to large to fit the cushion covers but after pushing and pulling they fit and completely filled the covers. I knew my old cushions had flattened but didn’t realize by that much.

I ordered two custom foam cushions as replacements for my couch. The original cushions were 100% down and I opted to go with foam and Dacron wrap to replace since my old cushions were practically flat. I called and spoke with a rep who was awesome and walked me through everything. My couch looks brand new. No more wrinkly tapestry fabric. I love my couch and couldn’t replace it some was thrilled with the foam replacement. Highly recommend this company and in fact have already referred a couple friends to the website.

i use this underneath an old thin futon that still has some usefulness left to offer. :-) The hard density foam was actually perfectly soft in this thin thickness. The custom made preshrunk organic cotton cover is very soft and well made. The product was swiftly sent (considering the custom order and Covid chaos) and well packaged. i roll and unroll the product daily, which explains the photo. i literally have zero complaints or suggestions and highly recommend this business and their products! Very happy and grateful. Thanks for the great work! :-)

I'm pretty critical of things which is why I put off getting new foam for my old couch for months. I got tired of being lazy so a quick search brought me here. The guy in the video did a great job explaining how to measure & install the foam and having the right amount of hesitation that made me think he wasn't a car salesman. He did a good job simplifying the process while implying that there was more to it that would require a much longer video. Point is, it felt honest. I like that they cut the foam to exact size, have a good selection of foams, and other options. It was everything I needed. I got the foam in about a week, let it air out for a couple days, and installed it with no issues. From what I could tell the "firm v44" is the "normal" foam based on the descriptions of neighboring foams in that category. Maybe that helps someone. So far so good but it's only been a couple weeks.
