We have purchased at least 4 custom foam cushions over the years. These work really well and the chairs feel new again. My only reason for not giving Foam Order five stars is due to the very high shipping costs. When the shipping and handling charge is more than 50% of the actual order, it's a little hard to make the purchase. It would be appreciated if they would give some consideration for reducing the costs or absorbing at least half the cost with the customer.

We love the cushion! It is beautiful and very comfy. It took a bit longer to arrive than expected, but definitely worth the wait. I was skeptical about ordering online since I usually like to touch and feel the fabric on a custom order. Everything turned out great!

I purchased this down seat cushion insert for my 29 year old Kreiss chair, which I’ve always loved and is still in great shape. I had it professionally replaced about two years ago and they used a foam cushion which I have never liked. It was so uncomfortable. I wanted to replace it with the original type down filling. I took careful measurements and hoped this would work. I am so happy with it. It is so comfortable and I plan to sit on it for another 29 years.

We purchased a conversational set from Wayfair 3 years ago. We'd hardly used it 2 months when the cushions became dented and uncomfortable to sit in. I'd found the FoamOrder website and recently looked into it further. I was interested in the outdoor foam cushions only as the cushion cover we have is Sunbrella and they were still in excellent shape. I had some questions regarding the firmness of the cushions as well as the Dacron wrap. When I placed the initial call I was asked to leave a message. My call was returned later that day by Della. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and made me feel confident in my purchase decision. I placed my order on 1/31 and on 2/2 I received and email for a 15% off sale that was beginning. I quickly sent an email requesting the option to apply the sale to my order. I immediately received a response from Melynn stating I would need to cancel my current order and place another order using the sale code. I was concerned that my current order had begun being processed and I would not be able to cancel so I asked Melynn. She offered to check with production but also offered to contact Form Order Accounting for a work around. I later received and email from Ken in accounting letting me know I would receive a credit for the difference. My initial email was sent at 10:02 am on 2/2 and by 5:30 that day the whole issue was resolved. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. So YES, I would recommend Foam Order to anyone. Now, as far as the cushion. We love them. The only issue I have is that it did not come with an overall lining. The original cushions had a very thin fabric that made the cushions easy to slide into the cover. I removed those and placed on the new cushions for that reason. I would recommend to Foam Order to add this to their cushions.
