I was missing a cushion on an outdoor set. It was relatively easy to pick out what I wanted and place an order. It would’ve been helpful to have some way to contact foamorder for measurement instructions, because it’s an inch less thickness than my existing cushions. Also there is almost no communication when order is placed until received. You’re on your own for the whole process.

I had ordered 6" foam, I received 5" foam, I called to fix what I thought was a mistake and was told: " no that's what you ordered, but if you send it back we will charge you a 25% re-stocking fee and apply the balance to a 6" foam order but I will have to pay the freight to ship it back, the freight was $109 , the refund applied to the 6" purchase was about $50 , so shipping the 5" foam back would have cost me about $60 so I donated the foam to Goodwill and cancelled the 6" foam order. Live and learn!
