I followed the instructions on the site and even called to confirm. The site and the person on the phone indicated that I didn't need to add any batting during the order process. And of course I did need to add that. So now the cushion is just sitting loosely in the cover and I've got to figure that mess out.

First, I really love the way the cushion turned out. The fabric is beautiful, durable and the dimensions are perfect. (Good thing I measured it 4 times before committing) I took away a star because it took 3 months to be delivered. And I had to be the one to reach out to inquire why it was taking so long. Apparently, my order was big, and awkwardly shaped (I guess) and the seamstress kept coming up short on fabric. Which meant it had to be restarted twice. But in the end, I got it, and I love it.

I received the order and it was not correct. I looked at the specification that was in the order and while that was correct the people who actually did the cutting paid no attention to what was in the specification and then without double checking their work they shipped it and I later received product that I can't use. When I complained about it I was second guessed and made to supply all of the photos and measurements and this and that to confirm my allegation. I have yet to hear back from the company. The clock is ticking and I have no patience for this.
