I ordered 2 different kinds of foam, each cut to the same shape. The 2 I received were an absolute perfect match, and all the cuts were perpendicular, neat and flawless. The foam was perfectly clean (even though foam rubber is a dust magnet!) and odorless. And they came promptly. If only other online sellers were like this!

I ordered foam samples in preparation for ordering a couple of mattresses during the Black Friday sale a couple of weeks later. The samples did not arrive, so I requested a raincheck until receiving the samples. My request was refused. When I asked for the tracking number, I was told they were sent with stamps, so there was no tracking information. I never got the samples, and I'm no longer interested in ordering from a company with this kind of customer service.

I own and operate a home interior workroom. Usually my customers want new fabric on their furniture. Recently a customer needed new, firmer foam for their sofa. I sent FoamOrder.com the measurements of 9 pieces and paper pattern for 2 odd shaped pieces. It took longer than anticipated, but the outcome was worth the wait. I will use them again.
