I was looking for the instructions for sewing a Tri-fold futon that I had used previously. There is a trick to the sewing where you pretty much have to put the case for one cushion into another to sew the ONE seam that will show on the top when the futon is laid out as a mattress. I couldn't find the directions but found the Foam Order website stating that you could make a custom Tri-fold futon cover. I was delighted, entered the EXACT dimensions and chose the great looking Robert Allen Faux Leather fabric that matched the BLACK Leather furniture group it would be positioned with and needed to match as closely as possible. I placed my order knowing the fabric was expensive and checked availability on the website before ordering and went for the topstitching to match the existing furniture. I included the use and details in my Notes when ordering. Following the order: I received emails that the fabric was unavailable, told NONE of the nice Black Robert Allen faux leather fabrics was available and suggesting the Black Causeway Vinyl stocked by Foam Order. What I received is - not a properly constructed tri-fold cover. It is a set of 3 cushions connected by tabs. This allows the cushions to move around too much when stacked AND Gaps between cushions when used as a mattress. - The fabric is NOT Black. It is a dark charcoal, but not BLACK - The Dimensions are NOT correct. I asked for 4.5" depth and got a variation between 4" and 4.25" with One 4.5" panel - Stitching is not great, top-stitching is not on Top - Not one but TWO heavily stitched in WHITE labels sticking out of top & bottom cushions because who doesn't want labels sticking out of their furniture? tremendously difficult to pick out without messing up fabric & stitching, I spent over an hour and got MOST of one out

The order took a while to arrive, and when it did, the custom cover was left out. I had to reach out multiple times to get it rectified. They eventually found the cover in their warehouse.

A couch and two setees are now so much more comfy! Ordered over the phone and the experience was smooth and product is perfectly cut and comfort level is as advertised. Going to order new foam for second couch soon!

Two 20+ yrs old cushions. Smooth change out. Order form very easy to submit dimensions. Excellent response in regards to delivery dates. Nice fit for both chairs. We have 2 more chairs to replace cushions. Thank you
