There are things wrong with my cushion cover. The fabric, which has an obvious directional orientation, was sewn upside down. This means the images on the fabric are either upside down, or if they are right side up, the zipper is glaringly obvious on the top of the cushion. The cushion cover was carelessly sewn, terribly baggy on the sides. But worst of all is the refusal of Foamorder to respond to my concerns. I sent two emails and tried chatting. The chat is useless, they just tell you to email....and when you email, they don't respond. So disappointing.

It is way too stiff compared to our other cushions. I wish that it was softer. Our other cushions are nice and comfy but this cushion is like a hard rock and hard to get comfortable. I even paid extra for soft material on the outside. Disappointed.
