First off, I admit they are a good source for foam, but the shipping fee is ridiculous. The shipping fee is like 3-4x the cost of the foam order - and it was not even a big box -- and super light too? Can't you guys ship using USPS ground? Since I have spent enough to get this order shipped to me, I sure as heck am not going to spend another dime shipping the damaged foam back. The foam had a deep cut on one side. Yes, I can put that cut on the bottom of the cushion, but sloppy of them to damage the foam and ship it. So much for quality control.
