I needed a custom cut cushion for a foot rest I was building. I got the exact firmness and shape I wanted and the entire thing was made and shipped extremely quickly. If I need more cushions in the future I will come back.

Put it off too long and almost made a mistake replacing it with something new but cheap. Came out better than expected. The video on preparation and measurement was spot on! Better than New! Thank you!

I purchased two long pillows for the back of my sofa. I read reviews of this company that were less than stellar. I took a chance because I couldn't find anyone else who did down filled cushions in custom sizes. I heard also that they were often late on finishing projects. I was pleasantly surprised that my items came well before promised. I ordered the 15% extra filling and was happy I did because they are a little skimpy on density. Had I known, I would have at least doubled the quantity. In the end, the cushions look great and I am pleased with the result. I would order again but would modify the density.

It took a couple of times to get the foam cut right but we didn’t give up. They worked with us to get the right shape. I especially liked working with John. Hope we can get some more.
