After looking for foam replacement online for almost a 6 months I found FoamOrder. I finally felt confident about placing an order with them because they have so much information and tools to help a novice like me do a DYI project. They also have staff to answer questions too. Placed my order on Nov 21st, 2022. It shipped Nov 30th, 2022. I advised foamorder that UPS delivered it to the wrong address on Dec 8th, 2022. More than a month later, foamorder finally decided to replace the order on Jan 12, 2023. Eighteen days later foamorder decided to finally ship the replacement order on Jan 30th, 2023. After waiting 77 days, I told foamorder to cancel the order since there were no updates on UPS tracking regarding the shipment. Finally on the 78 day of waiting, UPS delivered the replacement order on Feb 7th, 2023. No apologies, no expedited service to replace the original lost shipment.
