Customer service was great and I appreciated the feedback when deciding how firm I should go. I may have gone too firm and maybe should have asked for samples before purchasing. Be careful with the measurements - I updated my measurements before the order was processed and I’m happy I did. The cushions were easy to work with and had protective packaging. Overall, satisfied with the entire process. Had my custom made cushions within a month.

I special ordered 2 different size foam cushions as replacements for my outdoor sectional. It was tough to find the exact dimensions that I needed. I was no longer able to order from manufacturer I purchased my sectional from. I searched online and found foam order. It was quick and easy to fill out order form online. I could pick the dimensions I needed. There was no limitation on finding the sizes I needed. Shipping was quick. Packaging was nice. The foam was rolled up, sealed upon delivery. They worked out perfectly! They sit comfortable and feel just like the old ones I needed to replace. My original cushions were by Pottery Barn. Very happy with the purchase. I will definitely be ordering again in the event that I needed cushion cores replaced.
