I sleep on the couch and couldn't take the worn out cushions anymore. Took measurements and sent the information to foamorder and in 3 weeks had the cushions replaced and oh my God the difference is night and day!!! Thanks for the help!!!

We have a built-in day bed that has a wall on two sides and a platform without rails where the mattress lies. We needed precise dimensions so the mattress would fit flush with the platform. I spoke with customer on a couple occasions to explain my needs and they were able to reassure me that I was ordering the product properly. I also needed it wrapped and they helped me decide on the proper wrapping (all four sides ). I was concerned that the wrapping would make the mattress too large but I trusted that they said. When I finally received the mattress, I understood that the wrapping is so soft that it will be compressed by the slip cover. We got a form mattress which is perfect to sit /lay on as a day bed. My only criticism is that there are so many brands of fabrics, it is not intuitive for ordering.
