My little dogs had crushed the down-filled back cushions of our couch. Foamorder was very good about helping me figure out what to order to prevent this from recurring and how to measure for the replacements. The cushions are now back to their original form, but are now foam with a down wrapping.

Ordered replacement cushion in the “medium” density. Almost $100 later new cushion is as soft as the one we were replacing. Very disappointing - not as described.

The product received was in great shape and turned out to be very very nice… Really like the way it looks once the covers were put over the cushions. The only drawback… I was told it was going to arrive by a certain date… And it was delayed by over a week. Hard to schedule my projects when I don’t have accurate delivery dates… But other than the delay in receiving the product, the company was easy to work with, and the product turned out fantastic.
