I have had custom work done by these folks for decades and was sorry to see the brick and mortar location in San Rafael close just when I needed another. But their deliverables process was seamless, the communications were instant with great follow through ( did what they said, when they said, for the price they said, and delivered better than the quality expected!). And even when that weird mid week 4th of July holiday intervened, staff personally drove the sewed work to the foam center and got me my cushion in time for a client dinner event. They are professionals and also just great people and it feels good to be able to work with local talent.

We replace cushion on a loveseat on the screen porch. It was outdoor furniture even though it was covered. Replacing the cushions made it some much more comfortable.

I ordered firm replacement foam for bottom seat cushions for my patio furniture. The old foam was so thin you could feel the support bars. With these replacements, we can enjoy sitting on our patio for hours!

We purchased a conversational set from Wayfair 3 years ago. We'd hardly used it 2 months when the cushions became dented and uncomfortable to sit in. I'd found the FoamOrder website and recently looked into it further. I was interested in the outdoor foam cushions only as the cushion cover we have is Sunbrella and they were still in excellent shape. I had some questions regarding the firmness of the cushions as well as the Dacron wrap. When I placed the initial call I was asked to leave a message. My call was returned later that day by Della. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and made me feel confident in my purchase decision. I placed my order on 1/31 and on 2/2 I received and email for a 15% off sale that was beginning. I quickly sent an email requesting the option to apply the sale to my order. I immediately received a response from Melynn stating I would need to cancel my current order and place another order using the sale code. I was concerned that my current order had begun being processed and I would not be able to cancel so I asked Melynn. She offered to check with production but also offered to contact Form Order Accounting for a work around. I later received and email from Ken in accounting letting me know I would receive a credit for the difference. My initial email was sent at 10:02 am on 2/2 and by 5:30 that day the whole issue was resolved. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. So YES, I would recommend Foam Order to anyone. Now, as far as the cushion. We love them. The only issue I have is that it did not come with an overall lining. The original cushions had a very thin fabric that made the cushions easy to slide into the cover. I removed those and placed on the new cushions for that reason. I would recommend to Foam Order to add this to their cushions.
