Much to my surprise only because you have to measure carefully and send a trace on paper. I'm not good at that, but apparently I am as the piece fits perfectly and is exactly what I expected with help from the online and customer service tips. I only called CS because I had no confidence in what I was doing.

Nice piece of foam. I’m glad I knew to get some covers to protect it. I wish I had understood all of my options to get it with the covering that was offered. If someone asked me I would highly encourage them to obtain a cover when you purchase it.

I was very nervous measuring and ordering the foam. I'm not the greatest at measuring and my old foam inserts were very beat up. The website is very comprehensive with measuring instructions. What I didn't do is make sure my measurements had the long side where the Dacron wrap would be rounded facing forward. My mistake and not the biggest deal. But learn from my mistake. I called customer service to get more information regarding the density, even though the website's information was excellent. I needed confirmation of what I was thinking. The customer service rep was very nice and patient. I put the foam in the cushions - you do have to muscle it in but that's expected for a snug fit and they do fit. It's winter in Chicago so I haven't had them out in the rain yet.
