Thanks for your prompt reply to my email. I'm impressed; it isn't too common nowadays to deal with people/companies that actually give signs of life when there is a problem. I do have one very positive thing to tell you. My back was in such bad shape that instead of waiting for the platform beds from your company we put the new mattress on the old XL twin sized box spring and I have been sleeping in the center. Clearly, a mattress alone is not going to heal a back that has not been well for years but, I'm happy to say that I'm doing so much better and, this, without the actual correct support underneath (the new bed which is a full xl.) I actually get out of bed in the morning without the stiffness I used to have. Ditto for my husband. Our bedroom will be practically wall to wall ''FOAMORDER" - two full XL beds together. Long live latex! (editor's note: this customer purchased 2 Talalay Latex mattresses and 2 Atlantis Platform beds)

I bought one of your beds about 3 1/2 years ago and will never be without one again. I have a back injury and would never get much sleep without my Talalay process latex and memory foam. I love it so much, I would be a perfect person to sell them. (editor's note: This customer is using a combination of Talalay Latex and a 3" 5lb. memory foam topper)

When I first purchased this mattress it was the best thing I ever did!! I slept like a baby and found that my back problems had diminished. Now 1 year later, I am not as satisfied I find that the mattress is way too hot, I wake up in the middle of the night very stiff and do not feel rested in the morning, it doesn't seem to sink in anymore either. Now that the weather is getting colder it works a bit better but I still find it to be incredibly hot, even my three year old daughter said to me one morning, "I want to get up now, my back hurts." Three year olds should not be getting back pain. Cara Roworth
