We just purchased the Rhapsody Tempur-Pedic Bed and I have to say I am NOT happy with it after spending $3000.00. We have had it for 5 days now and it has an overwhelming INTOXICATING smell that is just NOT going away and my back has been hurting since we got it. That being said...my husband loves it and his back is feeling much better after 5 nights, but he doesn't like the smell of it. We wake up in the morning with the odor of polyurethane on our skin and hair. I took the sheets off and put new ones on. I just now went to wash the ones from the first night and the smell is still on them after not being on the bed for 4 days. WHAT IS THIS SMELL AND HOW CAN WE GET RID OF IT???

I purchased a tempurpedic bed at a local independently owned matress store for $1,050. I purchased the original double bed (which is the cheapest). After a month or two I noticed that weather I got up at 6:30 or 7:30 am I was getting up with energy like your ready to get up with no more tiredness. I love this bed I can't imagine how people live getting up tired everyday.

We have a Cal-King and hate it. Every morning I wake up with shoulder and neck pain. The sheets come off every night. This is probably the biggest waste of money I could think of.

I got the bed you sold me Sat. and slept on it that night. For the first time in 6 to 8 weeks I got back to sleep after waking in the middle of the night! That additional sleep was wonderful. The same happened Sun., Mon. and Tues. On Wed. I got a full uninterupted 7 hours sleep. That is the best in 6-8 weeks! LAST NIGHT I SLEPT FOR A FULL 8 HOURS. This is the first time since Jan. or Dec. I bought a foam mattress (Larkspur) and bed (Tatami) from you back in June of 2003. I have never been more comfortable sleeping in my life. I am in the process of moving and decided to replace my guest bed with another foam mattress and bed from foamorder.com. I have had guests use my foam bed and they have all loved it. Unfortunately, I had to sleep on the conventional mattress in the guest room during their stay. But not any more! I can't wait for the new bed and mattress to be delivered. You offer a truly superior product and also have great customer service, which I got to experience first hand because the first bed was damaged during shipping. Thanks again.
