I re-configured the bed in my tiny trailer, from one queen bed to two narrower bench beds to facilitate taking trips with friends and so we don't have to climb over each other to get up in middle of night, and to give us more floor space. I needed a nearly square cushion in the middle for the bed along inside front of trailer to fill the space left when I reconfigured the arrangement. At first I was quite upset with FoamOrder because over a month had passed and I had not heard anything. When I tried to check on my order, it was extremely difficult to find an email or phone number, and when I finally did they said they could not help me unless I provided an order #. Since I had never received an order confirmation I did not have an order #. I went round and round with chat bots and recorded phone messages and emails and finally reached a real person who told me the same thing. I was losing it by this time so the agent elevated my issue. Finally I was able to speak with someone who was polite and helpful, she found my order without my providing the order # (which I had never received), and she was apologetic and gave me a status update and even had the production head call me to confirm when my order would ship. In the end it worked out okay, but wow, the cushions are not cheap and you would think it should be easier to reach a real person in customer service!

I was disappointed that there was such a delay in receiving my mattress. Also, I was surprised to see the cover was not installed over the foam when I picked it up. Overall I do like the mattress

This was my 2nd purchase. I have made 2 custom dogbeds to fit a purchased crate. The foam is dense and and makes for a QUALITY mattress for my pet!

The best mattress I had ever slept on. I recommend this firmness for anyone between 150 - 220 lbs. Extremely comfortable but not too soft, just perfect. Natural latex is the way to go!

After finding I sleep best in Europe on their foam rubber mattresses I was happy to find this company to make my first custom made mattress over 10 years ago! I have recently gotten another mattress to upgrade and love his firm it is! My custom made couch back cushions are also perfect. I will always use them for any foam order in future!

I ordered a custom made foam mattress to replace a daybed mattress from 1930. The replacement is amazing and so much nicer than what we had on the daybed. Foam order double checked with me on the customer cover and offered great suggestions. Very pleased with the finished product!
