The mattress was great, but my favorite thing was the customer service. They expedited my order to get it to me in time for my vacation, and were able to change the size I ordered. I think I was still charged for the extra long, despite changing it to the normal size, but I never asked for it to be fixed, so five stars!

Thanks again for pointing out the expansion on the foam mattress. Maybe you could add a product note in the orders as to avoid possible emails for discrepancies. Anyway, I got the cover on and it fits snug and looks great! We are good to go! Thanks so much for all your help!

We were ready to sell the RV and buy a new one with a "real" bed but figured maybe we should try this first. We went with a 2" extra firm foam and had 1" firm memory foam bonded to it. I cut the foam to fit the existing cushions and replaced the old ones with the new....What a difference! Thanks Tom

This was for an antique childs bed, mattress size not a crib but bigger so I had to have a custom mattress. Not to be used but just for looks. The length was a bit short, so we had to cover up with pillows. But it does the job.
