My order came in the predicted timeframe, in great condition. (Compressed into a tight, manageable roll, wrapped in heavy plastic by someone with a tape fetish— which in this case is a really good thing! The fabrics covers are high quality, the patterns at the seams were very well matched, and each fit the foam perfectly. I couldn’t be happier.

Received the cushions as ordered and are happy with how they turned out. However, we paid for expedited delivery but were told several weeks later that they could not accommodate it. It took over two months to get our cushions and we have yet to be reimbursed for the expedited fee.

After getting the swatches, we choose our fabric, cushion, and details online. The process took a little longer than anticipated but we always got answers and updates when we enquired. When it arrived it was perfect. Excellent quality. We are very pleased with our purchase.

This took a long time and I was unable to get any updates as to what stage it was in. I would've like to be able to check on it, the order however didn't allow it online and when I tried to get an update via chat, they could not tell me either.
