After a helpful phone discussion with a staff member I chose firm natural latex foam. It took me while to decide what fabric I wanted in my replacement couch cushions. It took a month for the Robert Allen fabric to arrive and then an additional two weeks for the cushions to be completed. I am delighted with the delivered product.
