I intended to replace the foam in my CB2 sofa cushions as they’re noticeably losing their resiliency. I carefully reviewed the measuring instructions and FAQ before placing my order. Unfortunately, the measuring instructions resulted in flat-feeling cushions and saggy covers. Because the foam was technically correct as to what I ordered, I was offered a 75% store credit if I paid to have them shippedf back. I’ll be throwing the replacement foam away instead.

They got my order wrong at first. After I told them, they immediately assured me they would send the right order, which they did. Very little hassle, so I’m pleased! The foam itself has worked out well for me.

Cushion fits nice and tight, Unfortunately the top sagged and looks like heck in a very expensive leather couch. Purchased the dacron wrap and it wasn't enough to fill out the top. For the "price" the first dacron wrap should be standard not an extra add on! Buyers should be be advised that one wrap normally isn't enough to fill out the top. The second wrap should be what buyers are charged for. Called customer service, they offered no help. Need another cushion, not sure I will deal with these folks again.

The pillow came well packaged and was perfect. The quality was better then what we expected and we will follow up with a back cushion shortly. Only shortcoming is that it took longer then we expected.

I have an older sofa that had begun to sag because the foam in the bottom cushions had flattened in the middle. I ordered these to replace those cushions. I followed the directions for measurements and placed the order. The new cushions came promptly. I waited a full week from unpacking to installation. The new cushions fit perfectly and installed easily. The sofa looks good as new and no more struggling to get out of the couch. I will definitely order from this company again!!!!

I was nervous to place the order for a custom cushion set for my old fashioned sofa, I watched the video and measured a few times to ensure it was right. The cushion were delivered and fit perfectly in the original casings. I am thrilled. It’s very comfortable now. I will order again and may even get to splurge on down next time. Thank you
