The firmness of the cushions we purchased it fine. We are not crazy about the fit. The covers seam to sag. I did call and had someone walk me through the measure process. They just seem to not fit correctly.

I was nervous about the measurements but I watched the online videos and even called the support line. The customer service was very helpful and these cushions are so far AMAZING. I ordered two different firmness levels so my wife and I could try them out before purchasing a complete set. All I can say is how amazed we are at the sizing accuracy. My old cushion would sink as soon as you sit on them and give you back pain. We fell asleep on these the first night we had them. Thank you so much and we look forward to using your company soon.

Bought a replacement cushion for a couch that I was giving away to a friend. Got the middle to low range foam with 3-5 year life span. Not as firm as the original foam but a good inexpensive replacement. Just quickly measured the cushion when I ordered and it fit like a glove. If I were keeping the sofa I might have opted for a longer lifespan. Great product to extend the life of your sofa and your back most likely. Would definitely repeat in the future

We were about to give up on our couch and now it is back to life and so comfortable! The ordering process was really simple.
