Visited website then showroom. Sat on test cushions. Picked out fabric swatch. Placed custom order. Waited a few weeks. Received call that order was ready. Picked up order at their shop --- then boom! I was enjoying my sofa again. I will be back the next time I have foam-related requirements: 5/5 would Foam Order again.

Ordering was easy, but production time was longer than anticipated. I called and left a message with customer service after hearing nothing about my order after the anticipated delivery time had passed with no word on shipping. I did not receive a call back but received a shipping notice the next day. Package showed up in driveway pretty beat up and no signature for delivery despite website indicating a signature would be necessary. Those of course no fault of yours and contents were fine. The only suggestion I have is that it would be much nicer if each cushion was sealed in its own bag so that each could be inserted in cover without decompressing them. I was able to reuse the one bag and a shop vac for one cushion but had to improvise for the second which didn’t go as well. This one improvement would take it to the next level! Thanks for providing a product to let me revitalize my 25 year old sofa that is otherwise in excellent condition.

Reconditioned all of my leather couch cushions with a firmer foam. Happy customer. I called them to discuss choosing the right foam and they were very helpful. They also had great videos on their website to guide you along.

What was nice about this web site is it describes the products very well. All other web sites I searched were too technical and left you confused about which foam type to buy. I needed a 3ft square pice of foam for a small bed in our travel trailer. It needed to be firm and durable. The site walked me through and was very satisfied when it arrived it was perfect for the rv

Perfectly cut to sizes we requested to slip into current camper cushion covers. We found Everflex 34 to be the best for both sitting and sleeping. Listed as 15 yr foam. Way to early to substantiate that claim. Anyway we tried different toppers fro the store and they helped a little but just got in the way during the day. Solution had to be replacing foam in the cushions. Very happy so far.
