Never replaced seat cushions before. This was the first time, the process was easy to follow. Also noticed they offer half inch increments, while most other sites only offer 1 inch increments. This helped me get exactly the right dimensions.

The shredded foam worked perfectly for a dog bed, the muslin and ticking were very high quality and worked well for lining. I think muslin by itself would have been adequate for the interior ‘mattress’ but I neglected to buy from a wider bolt and used the ticking for the top and bottom of the interior, muslin for the sides and inner baffles. Natural latex is far superior to poly foam, this bed is comfortable enough for me to sleep on and it’s heavy enough that the dog won’t shift it around too much.

I scoured the internet, and local shops (pre-COVID) for the best foam at the best price. Finally pulled the plug when I ordered one large rectangular cushion from here. I am having a cover made locally to go on a sofa that I upholstered myself, so was excited to finally be done with this phase of a big project. Therefore, I was really, really disappointed when my order arrived and it was the wrong cushion. Knowing this is an essential business, I was upset that finishing my sofa was going to take even longer. But the service department were apologetic and fixed it right away--no hoops, no documentation other than photographing the wrong cushions, no extra cost. And within 2 weeks, the correct cushion arrived. Can't wait for my cover to be finished so I can finally sit on the sofa! Making things right makes me a loyal customer. Oh, and the cushion is perfect too.
