My 20-year-old Henredon leather chair was sagging so badly, it felt as if I was sinking all the way down to the floor when I'd sit. I provided the measurements on line, selected the degree of firmness I wanted in a cushion, and processed my payment online with no problems whatsoever. The custom-sized product arrived within 10 days, and was a perfect fit. My 20-year-old leather chair now has another 20 years of life in it.

Before ordering, I measured my current saggy, too soft sofa cushions (5 each total) per the instructions on your website but was uncomfortable with my accuracy, so I called your customer service dept. to verify my findings. The dude that helped me (regrettably I don't recall his name) was awesome: he confirmed my measurements and, in addition, helped me decide which firmness I might be looking for, as well as instructing me on how to return if I wasn't satisfied with new product. As it turns out, the new cushions turned out perfectly - no returns necessary!!! They fit snugly in my existing covers and had the best firmness I could imagine - my wife and I and our dog, Abby, thank FoamOrder - and especially the rep who helped me prior to ordering.
