This was my second order. I wanted to replicate my first order, but didn’t know exactly what I had ordered. The company called me, told me they had pulled my first order and reviewed it with me, and placed the order for another piece of furniture. It was all done with a single call that took less than 10 minutes!! I will definitely use this company the next time I need new furniture cushions.

I needed to replace the down and feather inserts in my sofa cushions (thanks, kitty cat). I measured the cushion covers according to the excellent instructions on the web site, zipped in the new custom foam inserts, and the sofa is like new. :) The Dacron wrap is a good call, it makes the cushions look like a professional job, not a replacement. Very happy about saving the sofa.
