I am extremely impressed!! I was initially drawn by the excellence of the website — my need was a little unique in that I was trying to match the feel of a dog bed that’s layered with various density foam. For that reason, I phoned my order and received extremely courteous and thorough help. After that, I didn’t even wonder if the foam would be perfect — I knew It would be and am super pleased to now see it really is. I don’t have lots of needs for foam, but always feel good when I can add someone to my A++ list. I absolutely and totally recommend this company.

Many thanks for the well cut and well packaged foam blocks I ordered for some recent fiber pieces. I can't tell you how nice it is to skip the cutting step and to have perfect forms to use. I'll be ordering again

I attempted to call several times to confirmation the dimensions I had stipulated in my order. It was frustrating, as not only did someone not answer, but when I left a message as instructed, there was no return call. Finally, someone answered and I was assured the order was going to be cut exactly as requested. Didn’t happen! I had to cut extra width and length from 8 pieces of foam! Very disappointing.
