I requested samples, paid $15 (for 2 small squares mailed) it did not receive them for over 3 weeks! I will request a refund when I can get back into my evacuated home (Shady Fire). The samples took so long to arrive, I gave up & ordered from an alternative supplier in Portland! Bummer.

Ordered foam cushions with dacron. Received but they forgot dacron. Mailed dacron after calling, which apparently was sent pony express as it took as long as the foam cushions.
