Fantastic in both product and customer service. The initial product was not the correct size, they were very courteous and fast to replace it. The neoprene makes for a wonderful gaming top on a standard table.

The 3mm nylon-covered neoprene will make a great gaming table cover. I'm happy with the condition and value of the roll. In the note on my order, I asked for it to be cut to size, but it was not. It was not clear to me how to add or pay for this beyond adding the note. If there were instructions on adding a custom cut, they were not apparent to me. If I did it incorrectly, I would expect a note or follow-up, but there was none. Ordering and delivery were otherwise good. Customers, also note that rolls come with 2-3" overhang of nylon beyond the factory straight edges and that there will also be a ragged hand-cut edge.

I order this sheet of neoprene to cut into mats for playing card and board games. Foam Order delivered the product fairly quickly, and the product was exactly as expected (at a price that is MUCH cheaper than I would have paid for a custom sized gaming mat from other vendors).

I use it to make a nose protector called a SHNOZZEE you will find at SolSister.ca. I have always had a great Experience with Foam Order. Prompt delivery in Canada even during the pandemic. Always helpful on the phone and always friendly.

Product was left out in the rain....at my back door which is only used in emergencies. The added fees and duties may not have been your (the company's) choice...but you could have told me about the delivery charges the company added after the order that was not expected and billed COD by the shipper. Canadians please be aware...not only are you paying for the product in USD but also the rate of exchange and they tack on extra charges in the form of COD delivery charges. The Canadian government also wants their cut and that is to be expected. Product was a cheaper quality than expected...the polyester cover was sewn cheaply and haphazardly. So very disappointed. Will not recommend or ever purchase from here again and unless you have absolutely no choice...I'd steer clear of this highly disappointing company.

I used the 4mm neoprene sheet to make my gaming table. It was perfect. Looks great, makes my cards easy to pick up and dice roll quietly.
