We have a Talalay 4 layer latex King bed purchased from another site. I am a 5' 4" female, 150 lbs. and made my layers Extra Firm, Firm, Soft & Soft. The combination of two Soft layers apparently didn't give proper lower back support and within a couple years I began having terrible lower back aches. Once I realized the cause, I purchased a medium layer latex but it felt very firm even though it gave better back support. To add softness without losing support, I decided to find a convoluted foam pad but I wanted it to also be latex. After extensive internet searching, I luckily found just what I was looking for at Foam Order. These are HEAVENLY. My husband and I feel like we are sleeping on a cloud. There isn't a single pressure point any longer causing pain or numbness. As an ecstatic customer, I rate these out of this world!

After months of researching materials and lying on mattresses, I finally decided on a firm foam base with a firm latex topper. I called Foam Order, talked to Lisa, explained what I was after and she suggested the extra firm topper instead. I was reluctant. I knew my ILDs (firmness ratings). So did she. While I thought they were equal, she knew that they weren't. "Apples to oranges" she'd say about comparing firmnesses of foam to latex. Deciding she was the expert, I went with her suggestion, extra firm. I'm glad I did. She was right. I want firm, springy and supportive. What I want is the bed that I got and the bed that I got I got because I listened to Lisa. Btw, did I mention she was the cheapest of all the suppliers I found? She was. I got nothing but praise and appreciation for this woman and her company. Well done.

I shopped around for a memory foam mattress topper for my bed as my boyfriend found my mattress to be hard. After all the shopping around that I did, I was very happy with my purchase of a 3" high density mattress pad. Very nice and my boyfriend is super-stoked, so I am quite happy too! :) The price was actually less than most of the "Bed, Bath and Beyond" version which were inferior quality.

I just want to thank you for your thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient customer service yesterday in helping me pick out just the right latex topper to soften my current mattress. You made my day. Given Foamorder’s great prices, I was expecting a warehouse with minimum assistance and comforts. Boy was I wrong. I was very impressed with the way you collected the specific information about the mattress and used it to recreated my home experience in your showroom, as well as the way you explained the variables involved in selecting a natural, hypoallergenic latex product. And I really appreciated being able to lie down on the topper for long enough to feel what the experience would be like over time. I’m very happy with my homemade latex pillow – it’s great that you guys also make raw materials available for home crafters. Can’t wait to try out my new topper!

The best way to let these mattresses lose their smell is to remove the casing and just let the mattress air itself out. Put it in a room with an open window. Don't put it into direct sunlight. It takes about 6 weeks. I recommend walking on the mattress with socks on regulalary to make it flex and air out faster.
