I ordered replacement cushions including a mattress, cylindrical bolsters, and wedges to fit a vintage daybed, and sent them fabric with a vertical pattern. The products arrived well packaged, and beautifully finished. The seems were painstakingly matched with the difficult pattern of the fabric I chose, and they even returned the fabric remnants to me. I am 100% satisfied with the product. Having said that, the process was lengthy, almost two months, which is fine, except that it was difficult to get information about expected ship dates and whether the fabric arrived from the supplier, etc. The communication was frustrating, and I was beginning to get nervous. I had committed a fair chunk of change on this project, so I would have liked a more timely and easier communication experience. I think the company would boost it's ratings considerably if it would assign a person to answer telephone and email inquiries better. I will be using this company again for more projects. I wish I had a picture to submit to show you how complicated and beautiful my daybed cushions are!

I must say I was a little nervous about ordering custom cushions over the internet. But when the cushions arrived, I was thrilled. They were exactly as specified and came within the stated time frame. Excellent quality.

My order came in the predicted timeframe, in great condition. (Compressed into a tight, manageable roll, wrapped in heavy plastic by someone with a tape fetish— which in this case is a really good thing! The fabrics covers are high quality, the patterns at the seams were very well matched, and each fit the foam perfectly. I couldn’t be happier.

I ordered a long seat cushion and irregularly shaped bolster for an indoor TV viewing area. The cushions came back made to my exact measurements, with the foam solid and comfortable. The covers went on without much difficulty and fit very nice an snug. I love the look -- extremely satisfied!

I bought the product to replace the foam/poly fill in a nearly new chair. I bought the chair from a show room catalogue with out actually sitting in it. It looked great in my room but was positively impossible to sit in for more than 5 minutes because it was so firm. Now, with the down, it does not look so crisp, but I can sit in it all day.
