I had a window seat in dire need of a cushion. I looked into making it myself and saw what was entailed. Then I found foarmorder. It was a no brainer after that. The directions were easy. The phone folks were very helpful when I called to just confirm what I needed to do. I mailed in the fabric and before I knew it the cushion arrived at my door. It fit beautifully and really makes the room complete.

This was absolutely worth the wait. I was able to track the progress of my item and it arrived on schedule. The foam and cover are excellent quality and the look and firmness is perfect! We ordered some custom daybed cushions on Dec 1 with a 4-6 week promised ship date. After 6 weeks, we had received no updates from Foam Order. I checked their online order tracking system, and could see there was no progress in the production of our cushions. I had to reach out every few days to the company to push the order along, each time being met with excuses (fabric takes time to come from the vendor, we forgot to order the fabric, the fabric vendor forgot to ship the fabric, the seamstress is out on maternity leave). At no point did anyone apologize. At no point did any demonstrate that they were owning the problem. In the end, I had to email or call every few days for nearly 3 months to get the cushions manufactured and delivered. Really disappointed with the service, and not what I would expect at this price point.

We had a long bench and placed the order and when delivered there was a long piece of foam with a hemp cover separate. The cover fit over the foam perfectly and we are very pleased with its appeal and how it looks.

The cushion turned out great. Didn't take near as long as they said it would. Got my order faster than I thought I would. I'm using it on a hide -a- bed. It is a bit thick and I do sit up higher than I was before, but that's ok. The new cushion is so much better. If I ever need to in the future I would order from this company again. Do recommend.
