The cushions were over 2 months late and when i reached out to customer service I was told multiple times the cushions were shipped out when they weren’t. When I asked about honoring the current 20% off coupon the online store was offering (since the cushions weren’t shipped or even made yet) I was told no because I already got free shipping.

The custom cut foam with a Dacron wrap I had made for my window seat was done very well - its comfortable and looks like it will last a long time. The quality of the fabric is great too, despite it being labelled as "discount" fabric and the cover fits well and is well sewn. My only real issue is that while I realize that the colors on the website will vary depending on the customer's computer monitor, the texture of the fabric in the swatch online is definitely not what I got. The "dark grey twill" is not textured like it appears to be on the swatch but instead all one uniform color.

We needed an odd-shaped cushion for a bay window, and it was made just to specifications. The fabric we originally chose was too expensive and FoamOrder was very responsive and helpful; we ended up having another fabric shipped to them. The cushion was made within about two weeks, and we love it. Our bay window is very comfy now. They even shipped us the extra fabric. Would definitely order from them again.
