This product is for my boat and the ordering process online is great. While I did modify the order, return communication is very slow to non existent. The pad/foam was shipped first but I’m still waiting for the cover almost two months after ordering. The pad is useless without the cover. Seems like $700 wasted.

At first I was hesitant to spend the money on custom cushions for our new outdoor benches. But I'm so glad I did. The foam is high quality and very comfortable and the fabrics look beautiful on my patio. After shopping around for prices, I highly recommend the Foam Store. It isn't the least expensive, but the quality is terrific.

We ordered their least expensive foam because it is on a day bed that will hardly ever get used. Yes I read all their disclaimers about not guaranteeing it, etc. BUT I expected it to at least be the correct size! The foam is about 4 inches short. The cover is perfect and beautifully made. If you can’t back a product why hurt your company’s reputation by selling an inferior product? Let some other company do that. After I placed my order, I received a call from the company. They wanted to make sure the zipper for the cover was where I wanted it. It wasn’t and he corrected my error; above and beyond!! So , I guess I will just stuff the end so it looks right.

I needed a cushion for an entry bench that was very narrow at 11 inches deep. I was able to select the fabric, which I love and the type of cushion I wanted. The craftsmanship and fabric was great. I am very pleased. the process was easy and it came sooner than expected. I would use again if another need arises.

We needed a couple of long narrow pillows for our homebuilt RV bed. These are reasonably priced, seem like really good quality and are exactly the size we ordered. It took longer than 2 weeks, but I wasn't expecting anything right away. So, have a little patience (likely need a little more due to the times we are in), and you'll get what you want.
