The order took a while to arrive, and when it did, the custom cover was left out. I had to reach out multiple times to get it rectified. They eventually found the cover in their warehouse.

I got 3 cushions and covers for window seats. I sent over the fabric and measurements. The cushions are fantastic. The covers are easy to get on and are very well made. Sturdy zippers. If I ever need cushions again, I’ll definitely use them.

Hard to believe it takes months to make a cover for my seat cushion. Also very disappointed with the customer service whom I left messages with inquiring about the status of my order but never received any return call.

First, I really love the way the cushion turned out. The fabric is beautiful, durable and the dimensions are perfect. (Good thing I measured it 4 times before committing) I took away a star because it took 3 months to be delivered. And I had to be the one to reach out to inquire why it was taking so long. Apparently, my order was big, and awkwardly shaped (I guess) and the seamstress kept coming up short on fabric. Which meant it had to be restarted twice. But in the end, I got it, and I love it.
