This was a replacement cushion/foam order for a highback chair in our kitchen. The ease of submitting the measurements (T cushion shape) and customer service were great. The product is exactly as advertised, if not better.

Before ordering, I called customer service and described my need and the issue I had with a new sofa I purchased. I was advised to buy the firm foam. I did, installed the foam when arrived, and it was way too hard. Later, I ordered one cushion of the medium foam and the result was much better! I’m now pondering whether to order the remaining two cushions.
