They sent wrong sized foam. The foams were short on both length and width. Asked for replacement - talked to 2 different people to get replacement. Unfortunately they sent exactly same wrong measurements. We cannibalized one of the foam cushions to glue to the new foam to get approximately correct size. Not a professional job at all, and the result was more akin to Frankenstein cushions

I followed the instructions on the site and even called to confirm. The site and the person on the phone indicated that I didn't need to add any batting during the order process. And of course I did need to add that. So now the cushion is just sitting loosely in the cover and I've got to figure that mess out.

I received the order and it was not correct. I looked at the specification that was in the order and while that was correct the people who actually did the cutting paid no attention to what was in the specification and then without double checking their work they shipped it and I later received product that I can't use. When I complained about it I was second guessed and made to supply all of the photos and measurements and this and that to confirm my allegation. I have yet to hear back from the company. The clock is ticking and I have no patience for this.
