When I opened them and removed the vacuum seal plastic, there was an empty Lays chip bag in between the two pieces of foam..I find that very unsanitary and disturbing. Someone should be held responsible as I’m sure that could lead to a very bad reputation for business if this possibly happens again to someone else. However, the cushions fit and were exactly what I ordered which is why I’m giving at least 2 stars. Still very disappointed in the circumstances.

The best way to preserve a favorite piece of furniture is to keep the cushioning in good condition. Foam Order did a great and accurate job of recreating my loveseat cushions so that I have that familiar comfort once again.

Ordered and waited a very long time for custom cushion covers to cover the cushions I ordered in the same order. The covers are much too large for the cushions and look loose. Very disappointed.

I have been a foam order customer for many years. Most recently I used the foam cushions for a rocking chair and ottoman. I think the quality is fantastic, they ship quickly and answer questions if you have any.

Instructions clear and accurate, delivery as expected… (but jeez that’s a lot of tape to hold the compressed cushion in the package!)
