Customer service was great and I appreciated the feedback when deciding how firm I should go. I may have gone too firm and maybe should have asked for samples before purchasing. Be careful with the measurements - I updated my measurements before the order was processed and I’m happy I did. The cushions were easy to work with and had protective packaging. Overall, satisfied with the entire process. Had my custom made cushions within a month.

Original 10 year old sofa cushions were very soft and not holding shape. The Everflex V54 firm foam made this couch like new.

My overall assessment of my experience is very positive. I do wish there would have been better communication with the time of shipping my expedited order. I called and emailed several times with zero response. My order arrived a few days before we left on a 4-6 week trip in our RV. The lack of communication caused some anxious moments.
