If you call the garbage that you sent me as custom cut you can kiss it. They didn't fallow the patterns that I sent at all. Not even close. I belive your staff cut the cushions prior to recieving the patterns and then just sent their garbage to me.

Needed to replace a couple of sofa cushions that were too soft. The firmest foam with a polyester wrap fit perfectly and feels great.
