I just want to say these people know their stuff!! I was very unhappy with cushions in a couch I purchased and instead of sending it back I decided to attempt to replace the cushions. Not only is the web site AMAZING so I went in to the store and they answered all my questions, provided suggestions and explained how it would last over time.
